The Nirks® are puppets that sing and entertain with all-original kid's music, videos, and stories.  They love making children happy, and keeping families laughing as well as helping them learn and have fun.
 

The Evolution of The Nirks®

The Nirks (named after Nicole & Dirk) began on an afternoon in October, when Nicole and Dirk were trying to find ways to promote their new kid's Halloween album - My Halloween.  Using recycled materials they found around the house, they built Cosmo - The very first Nirk.  Cosmo and his  friends, Wanda, Burt, and the Gobbling Goblins starred in the very first Nirks video - Trick-or-Treat.

Before The Nirks® there was In A World Music.  In 2006, Dirk and Nicole began as an Emo Band, In A World..., with their first album of the same name.  They had both worked as composers in the film and television industry, and evolved into writing music for Halloween. They started their media company - Goes to Eleven Media - and began their musical creation journey.  Their Halloween albums have been licensed for film, television, and even for Halloween events like Knott’s Scary Farm and Canada's Wonderland. They continued to evolve into the realm of composing music for kids.  It began with a few Halloween Kids albums  - My Halloween & 13 Nights of Halloween, and then progressed into educational music for children.  They needed an outlet to get their music out, so started their YouTube channel and the Nirks were born. With the success of the song "Meet the Planets" from the Just Be You album, the space Nirks were created.

We are a very small, family (2 families actually) run business.  We epitomize the term “Small Business” but we like it that way.  This gives us the chance to give our customers what they want and need with a very personal touch.  We listen to our friends and fans and develop music and videos based on their requests.  We depend on YOU to help us keep creating great music!  So PLEASE help us get the word out so we can keep doing what we love by bringing you great, high quality, kid's music entertainment!
